“NL Power Café” is a social enterprise set up by the Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power. It provides eChinese and Western food, cake and dessert for healthcare professional, patients, staff and visitors of the North Lantau Hospital.
The social enterprise provides job opportunities and on-the-job training for the socially disadvantaged groups including ex-mentally ill persons, chronically ill persons, physically disabled and hearing impaired. It aims at helping them regain self-confidence, enabling them to give full play to their strengths, and assisting their integration into the society.
